A couple keys have stopped working and it's been my workhorse for over eight years. For years now, I've used a Microsoft Natural 4000 keyboard, but I've heard bad things about the recent iterations of it. But I'm otherwise on Reddit a lot or just general web browsing and so an ergonomic mouse is actually much more important. At home, I'll write some emails and sometimes will need to write a multi-page report that will take me a few hours a day for a few days. But it does not compare the experience to the Kinesis directly.įor reference, I sort of intermittently type thoughout the day at work. Even doing a search on this subreddit, only one post comes up regarding it and it's actually a very positive post (And very recent as well). But until now, I've never seen that name come up when researching ergonomic mechanical keyboards. Just happened to see the Cloud Nine C989M on Newegg today and it looked like everything I wanted in the Kinesis Freestyle Pro and perhaps even a bit more. I was pretty much set on a Kinesis Freestyle Pro, but was sort of put off that, even at that premium price, they made you buy the lifters separately. I've spent quite a few hours searching online regarding mechanical keyboards and the same few would always come up.
